From the outside, everything may look successful: a career, a family, a title, and the achievements others admire. Yet quietly, a question begins to surface: Is this really who I am?
I know that question because I’ve lived it. For years, I pursued success by the world’s definition—climbing the ladder to become an executive leader, building teams, growing businesses, and achieving goals I once thought would define fulfillment. But through seasons of leadership, loss, illness, and unexpected change, I discovered something unexpected: The greatest transformation wasn’t changing my life. It was changing my identity.
I realized I wasn’t searching for a new identity; I was uncovering the one that had been there all along.
That realization became the foundation of HigherRelevance™.
